March is National Sleep Month

March is National Sleep Month and we are partnering with Allen County Regional Hospital and Westco Home Furnishings to bring you a fun take on learning about the impacts sleep (or lack of it) have on your body. Every Tuesday and Thursday in March a community leader will spend the night in the lobby at Thrive.  We’ll be sharing interesting facts about sleep during this time.  Make sure you check out ACRH’s Sleep Lab if you’re having issues sleeping!
