We’re hiring for the following three positions:
Director of Development
- Prepares grant proposals to support Thrive’s strategic priorities
- Provides support to community organizations
- Assists in designing innovative programs
Rural Health Development Manager
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a three-county network to address opioid abuse in Allen, Wilson and Woodson counties
- Conducts needs assessment data collection and assists with evaluation
- This position is funded by a one-year federal grant
Health Programs Assistant/Office Manager
- Manages the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Supports Chronic Disease Risk Reduction program objectives including supporting bike/pedestrian activities; active transportation planning; and healthy workplace policies
